Sometimes suppliers have additional questions you need to ask to help you assess an application.  You have the option of adding additional questions and enabling the customer to complete using tick boxes, drop down, short or long questions.  


You also have the option of choosing if the answer is mandatory or optional for customers and previewing what your customer experience will look like before saving this.


It is also possible to set up multiple additional questions modules tailored to entity types and dollar value.
